Some brands only want buyers to check the product is genuine. Some add warranty, some add a cashback coupon. It's set per batch.
You choose per batch. One product line can be a plain genuine check while another carries a ₹10 coupon. The coupon is never compulsory.

Download print-ready stickers with your logo, ISI mark and serial numbers, as a ZIP of images or a print sheet PDF.

Apply one sticker per carton or product before dispatch. Every sticker carries its own code.

Buyers scan with the normal phone camera. You see every scan by city and time in your dashboard.
What happens when someone copies your sticker
Anyone can photocopy a printed sticker, and a photocopy will still scan. What a copier cannot do is make up new codes: each code is an encrypted token that only our server issues, so a made-up code shows the buyer a counterfeit alert with a button to report it.
A photocopied code gives itself away differently. The same serial starts getting scanned again, often in another city, days after the first scan. Your dashboard puts the most-scanned codes at the top and shows where each scan happened, so a copied batch stands out on its own.
Buyers see how many times the code has been scanned, which is the moment they start asking the shop questions.

Stickers come print-ready with your logo, your ISI mark with the IS and CM/L numbers in clear text, a serial number and a line telling the buyer what the scan does. The compact 1-inch size fits carton flaps and product tags.

Common questions
What is TruePack Scan?
TruePack Scan is an anti-counterfeit QR platform for Indian brands. Every box, carton or product gets its own secure QR sticker; buyers scan it with a phone camera to check it is genuine, and the brand can optionally add warranty activation and cashback coupons to the same scan.
Do my buyers need to install an app?
No. The phone's normal camera opens a web page that shows the result. Buyers who collect cashback can add your brand's app to their home screen, under your brand name, but it is optional.
Is the cashback coupon compulsory?
No. Each batch can be a genuine check only, genuine check plus warranty, genuine check plus cashback coupon, or all three. Many brands start with the genuine check alone.
Can someone copy the QR sticker?
A photocopy of a sticker will still scan, so we don't claim a sticker can't be copied. What a copier cannot do is invent new valid codes. A copied code shows up as the same serial being scanned again, usually in a different city, and your dashboard lists the most-scanned codes first so copies are easy to spot.
Can I put my logo and ISI mark on the sticker?
Yes. Stickers carry your logo, and can carry your ISI mark with the IS and CM/L numbers typeset in clear text, plus serial number, batch or lot details and a support number. You preview the sticker before downloading.
How many codes can I make?
Up to 10,000 codes in a single batch, and as many batches as you need. Each code is unique and tracked on its own.

Which languages do buyers see?
