If the box or product has a TruePack Scan QR sticker, you can check it in a few seconds with your phone camera. No app, no login.
Open your phone camera
Point it at the QR sticker on the box or product and tap the link that appears. A QR scanner app works too.
Read the result
A genuine product shows the brand's name, the product and its serial number. A code that isn't the brand's shows a counterfeit alert.
Check “Times scanned”
If you are the first buyer and the count is already high, or the warranty or coupon is already used, ask the shop about it. It can mean the sticker was copied.
Claim what's included
Some brands add warranty activation or a cashback coupon to the same scan. The page shows you what's available.
Found a fake?
Use the “Report counterfeit” button on the alert page to message the brand on WhatsApp. If the brand hasn't listed a number, the message comes to us on +91 97737 80609.
Camera won't scan?
Clean the lens, hold the phone about 15 cm away and make sure the sticker is lit. If it still won't scan, ask the shop or the brand to check the code for you.

What does “Times scanned” mean?
It is how many times this exact code has been scanned. A couple of scans is normal, including your own. If you are the first buyer and the count is already high, or the warranty or coupon was already used, the sticker may have been copied, so check with the shop.

Yes. Checking a product is free and doesn't need an app or a login.
