TruePack Scan is an anti-counterfeit QR platform for Indian brands. Every box, carton or product gets its own secure QR sticker; buyers scan it with a phone camera to check it is genuine, and the brand can optionally add warranty activation and cashback coupons to the same scan.

No. The phone's normal camera opens a web page that shows the result. Buyers who collect cashback can add your brand's app to their home screen, under your brand name, but it is optional.

No. Each batch can be a genuine check only, genuine check plus warranty, genuine check plus cashback coupon, or all three. Many brands start with the genuine check alone.

A photocopy of a sticker will still scan, so we don't claim a sticker can't be copied. What a copier cannot do is invent new valid codes. A copied code shows up as the same serial being scanned again, usually in a different city, and your dashboard lists the most-scanned codes first so copies are easy to spot.

Yes. Stickers carry your logo, and can carry your ISI mark with the IS and CM/L numbers typeset in clear text, plus serial number, batch or lot details and a support number. You preview the sticker before downloading.

Up to 10,000 codes in a single batch, and as many batches as you need. Each code is unique and tracked on its own.

The buyer's wallet and claim screens are available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

Yes, as long as each box gets its own code, which needs variable-data printing. Most brands find it simpler to print stickers and apply one per box before dispatch.

The standard compact sticker is 1 inch (25.4 mm) square, which phones scan comfortably from normal reading distance. Larger layouts are available if you also want more text on the label.

No. Any smartphone camera or QR scanner app opens the result page. No app install and no login are needed to see whether the product is genuine.

It is a label that helps a buyer tell a genuine product from a fake. A secure QR anti-counterfeit label does this with a unique code per unit that is checked online when scanned, instead of relying on the buyer to judge a hologram or print by eye.

The serial number printed for your reference can be sequential, but the QR itself carries an encrypted token, so nobody can work out a valid code from a serial number.

Yes. The sticker design is just artwork, so your printer can run it on void or tamper-evident stock if you want both protections.

For proving a product is genuine, yes: every unit has its own code that is checked online, and the brand sees where each scan happened. A hologram is still useful as a visual cue, and many brands use both together.

Yes. Your label printer can combine a hologram foil with a variable-data QR code per unit. Ask your printer about variable-data printing on holographic stock.

A made-up code shows a counterfeit alert. A photocopy of a real code shows a rising scan count and an already-used warranty or coupon, and it appears as a repeat scan in the brand's dashboard.

No. Coupons are set per batch. Batches without a coupon still work as a genuine check, with or without warranty.

No. Each code can be claimed once. Later scans of the same code show that it was already claimed, and the repeat scan is visible in your dashboard.

They request a withdrawal from their wallet. You approve it and pay to their UPI ID, or they pick a gift or collect cash at a partner shop if you've switched those options on.

Yes. Whoever scans and claims the code earns the coupon, so it works as an electrician, plumber, mechanic or retailer loyalty program, and you can give a dealer a fixed cut of each coupon.

No. They scan with their phone camera and register on the page that opens, with their name and mobile number.

From activation. The activation window opens when the first buyer confirms the purchase, and a product can only be confirmed as sold once, so nobody can restart the clock later.

Yes. Scanning the same sticker again shows whether the warranty is active and when it ends.

If it carries a TruePack Scan QR sticker, scan it with your phone camera. A genuine product shows the brand, product and serial number; a code that isn't the brand's shows a counterfeit alert.

It is how many times this exact code has been scanned. A couple of scans is normal, including your own. If you are the first buyer and the count is already high, or the warranty or coupon was already used, the sticker may have been copied, so check with the shop.

Yes. Checking a product is free and doesn't need an app or a login.
